A tool to semi-automate documenting & sharing site progress photos or compares by scheduling a daily/weekly email of an updated image to an email inbox and/or documentation folder. πŸ“‚

We recognise that it is important to keep track of the progress on site. A daily image captures the difference between yesterday and today. This is helpful to keep multiple stakeholders updated, even when they’re not physically present on-site. πŸ–ΌοΈ

Use this tool to share images with others without sharing access to the camera/ project.

How To Use

  1. If you want to schedule a Progress Photo, click on β€œAutomations” at the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on the β€œCreate Automation” button (or the blue button with a plus sign at the lower right-hand of the screen, if progress photos have been previously created). βž•

  3. Select the camera you would like an image or compare from. πŸ“·

  4. Choose your preferred day and time to receive a snapshot from a camera. πŸ•›

  5. Choose a provider: email, Procore, Aconex, or Autodesk. πŸ“©

Sending to Procore, Aconex, or Autodesk will only work if you are connected through the Integrations tab in Settings.

  1. Click Save.

    You can pause, edit, or delete your created progress photos at any time. ⏸️
