Aconex

Aconex is a construction project management software platform offered by Oracle. It serves as a common data environment (CDE) for project stakeholders, enabling them to collaborate on design, documents, and communication. This centralizes project data, improves efficiency, and reduces delays by streamlining workflows and eliminating data silos.Connect Evercam to Aconex for a single, central platform experience for all your project data.

Enabling The Aconex Integration

  1. Within Evercam, click the arrow beside your User Name, then go to Settings > Connectors.

  2. Then, click Connect on the Aconex card.

  3. Enter your Lobby account credentials.

Connecting To Your Aconex account

You have to verify your account if you're not already logged in to Aconex, after which you will be redirected back to the Evercam Dashboard.

Confirmation

Once you see “Connected” in the Aconex card, you can start sending Progress Photos or marked-up images from Live View/ Recordings to your Aconex account.

Create An Aconex Progress Photo

You can set up Progress Photos for automatic capture of the Project Site to Aconex by following the steps below.

  1. Go to Progress Photo > Create/Edit.

  2. Select Aconex as the provider.

  3. You can select the project you wish to save the Progress Photos to.

  4. Then, fill in the rest of the required fields (time, timezone, days).

Send a Marked-up Image to Aconex

When using the Mark-up Tool anywhere in the platform, you can send your marked-up image straight to Aconex.

Finding Your Image Files In Aconex

Your Progress Photos will be uploaded to Aconex and you can find them under Aconex > Documents.
