Procore

Procore is a cloud-based construction management software platform. It helps construction companies streamline and manage their projects from design to handover, including areas like project planning, document management, communication, and more.

With the Evercam integration, you can:

  • Enjoy a live view of your construction site in Procore to manage your site from anywhere.

  • Record High-Resolution images for every second of the construction site progress.

  • Highlight and communicate the key information by drawing and adding text to site images with our simple Mark-up tool.

  • Compare before and after images from any point in time and create short clips using our Compare tool.

  • Keep track of progress by comparing Live View and Recordings with your 3D or 4D BIM Models.

There are 4 ways Evercam can integrate with Procore ↔️

  2. Progress Photos

  3. Add Evercam widget through the Procore Marketplace

  4. Embed Live View image links and others to Procore Dashboard

Send to Procore 📨

  1. In the Evercam Dashboard, click the arrow beside your User Name, then go to Settings > Connectors.

  2. Select Connect in the Procore card, and log in with your Procore credentials.

  3. Once logged in, you can use the Send to Procore button in the Edit tool to send images into a Procore Project and an Album.

Progress Photo 🖼️

  1. When creating a Progress Photo (formerly called Snapmail), you can select Procore as the Provider.

  2. Select the Procore Project and Project Album to which the image will be sent.

  3. Select the days and the time you would like to receive an image.

  4. Press Save.

Add Evercam through the Procore Marketplace ➕

  1. Go to: https://marketplace.procore.com/apps/evercam and click Install App (when logged in).

  1. Once you have installed the app, go to Procore Dashboard and select App Management. Evercam will appear in your apps list.

  1. Select View on the Evercam row.

  1. Go to the Configurations tab and select Create Configuration.

Note: Global Projects Config will let you access your cameras from all of your Procore Projects, and Company Level config will let you select which projects you want to add Evercam to.

For the title, you can name it Evercam - Live View or however you wish.

  1. Once the configuration is created, you will be able to access Evercam (and all its features) from Procore through the apps dropdown.

Embed our Widget on Procore 🔗

You can embed the Evercam Live View widget on Procore through a code.

The embed code can be found in the Evercam project dashboard: User profile > Settings > Widgets.

Copy above codes from the Widgets Credentials tabs depending on your intended use on the dashboard. This could be a fully-embeded Evercam dashboard, or Project Links on the Project Page side panel.

The same can be done for Recordings, BIM Compare (if your project has it) and Video Wall.
