Self-Upload/ Ingest

You can directly upload your BIM through our Ingest system by clicking the Upload your BIM button on the BIM page, instead of sharing the model with us using a 3rd party platform.

You can also choose a model from your Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 if you have connected your Autodesk account.

The updated BIM model must maintain the same initial position as the previous model. This ensures the existing BIM in 360 remain correct.
Any change in the model position will misalign the BIM in 360 and require additional time to fix.

Once the upload is complete, our 3D Team will process the model before it can be viewed in the Dashboard. This may take 5-7 days depending on the model size and complexity.

For succeeding uploads, you will find the button at the upper right-hand part of the screen.

When we have processed your BIM, our 3D Team will send a notification via email letting you know that you can view it on your Project dashboard.
