iTwin Viewer Features
BIM allows you to view 3D or 4D digital models in their direct environment and switch between the model and reality to track changes and communicate progress.

Access Live Camera 📹
If you want to access all Evercam features through the Live camera view, click on any of the camera markers.

If you want to explore the model, use the navigation tools to zoom in/out and reset the view. You may also use your mouse wheel to zoom in/out and rotate around the site by clicking and dragging.

BIM Features 📹
If you want to highlight information for other users, use the Tagging tool to create annotations on the model that will be visible to all users. The coordinates, the date when the Tag was created and information on the User who created the Tag will be reflected on the right-side panel.

If you want to check distances and areas, use the Distance Measuring and Area Measuring tools.
Additional info will be displayed in the side panel.

You can explore the model further using the Section tool to see the interiors and cuts of the building. Drag the arrow to adjust the view.

Cross-Platform Tools 🛠️
If you would like to check out the surrounding buildings, toggle the OSM buildings feature on the upper right of the viewer.
The 3D massing of the nearby buildings contains information based on OpenStreetMap.

If you would like to check the weather conditions of the day or any of the previous days to see how the weather has affected the progress on site, toggle the Weather tool on the upper right of the viewer.

If you would like to create markups on the current view, use the Mark-up tool to take a screenshot, add information, download, and send the image to other stakeholders.

Optional Feature
If you would like to see the project milestones (or BIM sequencing) of the embedded timeline within your BIM, use the Timeline bar at the bottom of the screen. Use the play, next/previous frame buttons to view each milestone.
This can also be hidden in the Settings panel if you don't want to see it.

Settings Panel ⚙️
If you would like to emphasise the BIM Model in the view, you can use the Opacity feature to control the background map.

You can also view underground elements of the BIM using the Terrain Opacity feature and the Section tool.

You can toggle the visibility of cameras by checking/unchecking the boxes under the Cameras heading.

You can toggle the visibility of tags by checking/unchecking the boxes under the Tags heading.

If you would like to inspect the BIM Model, you can select an element and use the Hide, Isolate, or Emphasise tools in the Settings panel, as well as read information about them in Item Details.

A Help feature is also available on the right side panel to see more info on how to use each tool.
