Widgets

A widget is an application or a component of an interface that enables a user to perform a function or access a service.

To include a widget on your Company website, click on the Widgets tab under Settings.

You can create a widget for Live View, Recordings, BIM Compare, 360 or Video Wall.

Live View Widget

Learn how to create a widget through the steps below: πŸ“‘

  1. Select the Widget Type > Live View.

  2. Select the Project.

  3. Select the Camera.

  4. Either restrict the domain to where the widget will be embedded or make it public.

  5. Adjust the Settings.

  6. Select the features to display.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Copy the Embed/iFrame/URL code.

By enabling the β€œPublic Widget” button, you make the widget accessible on any website. Alongside the embedded code, you will see a link that you can copy and open directly in your browser.

The Live View widget will always display just Jpegs, not live video streams. It was designed that way.

There is an option to use iFrame instead. iFrame is a simplified code that users can use if their website doesn't allow using JavaScript. But if you use the iFrame you can’t set the width and the height in the widget dialog.
