Voyage Control is a SaaS platform developed to give transport hubs with high delivery throughput real-time capabilities for managing bookings, on-site resources and supply chain analytics.
How to link your Voyage Control account from the Evercam dashboard?
From Settings, you can get to the Connectors tab, then click Connect on the Voyage Control card.
To link your Voyage Control account, you need to fill in the information below.
This is the email address that is used for both Evercam and to access Voyage Control.
Venue
The subdomain of the URL of the Voyage Control dashboard link. If your Voyage Control dashboard URL is https://myproject.voyagecontrol.com/dashboard/welcome/, then the Venue is “myproject” (without quotations).
API Key
Please ask your Voyage Control representative for the API Key of your project.
Project
If you have more than one Evercam Gate Report project then please choose which Evercam Gate Report project you would like to associate with this Voyage Control project.
Once complete, verify the connection in the Connectors tab of Evercam.
How does Evercam Gate Report work with Voyage Control?
The integration between Evercam Gate Report and Voyage Control offers an automated, efficient solution for managing vehicle access to your site. By linking Gate Report with Voyage Control, this integration ensures seamless check-ins and check-outs based on pre-scheduled bookings.
When a vehicle arrives at the site gate, the details are captured and logged in the Evercam Gate Report system. At the same time, Evercam checks the vehicle against the list of bookings in the Voyage Control system. Once a vehicle with a valid booking is identified in Voyage Control, it is automatically checked in upon arrival at the gate.
This integration provides an easy-to-use, efficient solution for managing site access and logistics, ensuring that vehicles are automatically tracked and checked in or out as they arrive or leave the site.
