Does your standard package include any professionally completed videos? 1️⃣
Yes, every standard package receives one timelapse after the project. The recurring monthly or custom videos are now part of our "Time-Lapse Pro" subscription package.
Are we getting a monthly touchpoint to replace the monthly timelapse? 📅
All current users, as well as all new users with a "Time-Lapse Pro" subscription, will still receive a monthly touchpoint. All other users will not.
Who can request a time-lapse video? 🙋
At the time of Onboarding, a person is determined by the Project/ Camera owner as the designated person who can assign or request custom time-lapses. If anyone else on the project desires a timelapse, it must be approved by this person first.
How do I request a special video from the Video Editing Team? ❓
The preferred method is to submit this form with your request - Time-Lapse Video Request Form.
Or you can email video@evercam.io with details of the video request in the email body (timeline, special instructions, 3rd party footage, etc).
How do I receive my monthly video? Where can I find it later? 📩
Monthly professionally edited videos are emailed to all users on a project. Videos can also be accessed at any time in the Media Hub.
I just got my monthly video but realised I want a special video. Can I request changes to make it special? ⬆️
You can use next month's credit to generate a new special video.
Can I cancel my "Time-Lapse Pro" subscription at any time? ❌
With one (1) month's notice, you can cancel your "Time-Lapse Pro" subscription, but you cannot restart it again for any less than 3 month's time.
With the "Time-Lapse Pro" subscription, can I choose not to receive a video this month and get 2 videos next month? 2️⃣
You receive one video each month. If a custom video is not requested, you will receive a professionally completed monthly progress update video. We cannot roll out multiple videos in the same month, but you can make your video request from footage from a prior month.
If you want more than one video per month, you will need to get another Time-Lapse Pro Subscription. One video per subscription.
Will you still make different videos for different social media formats? 🗂️
Our Video Team can make videos for whichever formats clients desire, either through our subscription model (1 video per month) or through individual purchases.
How are video requests invoiced? 📨
Custom videos are requested by the Project Representative from the video team via email or through a Zoho Form. The invoice allows for ACH or credit card payments, which should be received before the video is released.
Do you have a schedule for making the videos each month? 🕒
Yes. We base it on the camera's due date with an allowance of +/- 5 days.
Do you automatically make the TLP videos or do you check in with the client each time before making the monthly video to see if they have any special requests? ✅
We do not check in with each client, we update the time-lapse with new images every month. If they have any special requests, they can reach out to the CS manager or the Video Team, and we can arrange that. It will be charged an extra fee or will be the replacement of their monthly video for that month.
Where are our TLP videos hosted? 🔏
Our TLP videos are hosted on Vimeo and set to unlisted, which means that people will only have access to the videos with a direct link. The videos are NOT public. Alternatively, we can add a password to access the video if our customers want to be more cautious. We can also upload it directly to your Project’s Media Hub.
