Drone Ingest (Self-Upload Tool)

We recommend that you upload your drone images through our Ingest platform, which is accessible within Drone, instead of sharing the images with us using a 3rd party platform. Once the upload is complete, our 3D Team will process the images before it can be viewed in the Dashboard.

1️⃣ For the first upload, click on Upload your Drone Flight then select the images you would like to upload.

The minimum number of images that can be uploaded is 50. The limit is 5000 at the moment.

2️⃣ For succeeding uploads, the Upload button will be found at the upper right-hand corner of the viewer.

⬆️ When you upload a file, the progress will be seen in the notifications area on the upper right side of the Dashboard.

Please do not close the Dashboard while the upload is in progress.

🔔 Once you’ve uploaded your images, our Team will receive a notification to process them.

When we have processed your drone images, our 3D Team will send a notification via email letting you know that you can view them on your Project dashboard.
