Evercam Specified Hardware ๐น: ANPR camera & Context Camera + Kits and Masts
Mains Power. We avoid solar given the number of other things that must go right for a successful Gate Report.
Location for the mast within a region not closer than 5m and/ or not more than 20m from the centrepoint of detection.
Not more than 45ยบ to the left or right of the traffic centreline, and;
Between 0 and 45ยบ vertical offset from the centre of detection (20 degrees is optimal). ๐
If nighttime detection is required, suitable lighting is needed. ๐ก

Bullet Varifocal camera tends to give the best results.
Try to have the ANPR centreline in the centre of the Bullet FoV.

Context Camera on a Separate Mast ๐๏ธโ๐จ๏ธ

The trailer top should be visible to show what is inside the truck. ๐
Clear & visible entrance with no occlusions (trees, cranes, people, containers, etc).
Between 1.5 and 2 truck lengths should fit inside the ROI.
