Evercam provides reality capture, construction management, and site intelligence services.

Evercam is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals' SMS campaign opt-in data. This information will not be shared with any third party for purposes unrelated to the delivery of the specific campaign services to which an individual has subscribed.

However, Evercam may share Personal Data, including an individual's SMS opt-in or consent status, with third-party service providers that facilitate our messaging operations. This includes, but is not limited to, platform providers, telecommunication companies, and other vendors essential for the effective transmission of text messages.

It is important to note that text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are explicitly excluded from all aforementioned categories of sharing; this information will not be disclosed to any third parties whatsoever.

Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of Evercam services.

(c) Evercam may use personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of Evercam, its website and customers or third parties.

Evercam reserves the right to change or amend the Privacy Policy in the future. Evercam, in its sole discretion, may modify this Policy at any time. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modifications on Evercam website. It is the sole responsibility of individuals to periodically review this Privacy Policy.

By providing Evercam with personal data, individuals consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the types of disclosure covered by this Policy. Where Evercam discloses personal data  to third parties, we will request that the third party follow this Policy regarding handling of personal data.
