OpenSpace Integration with Evercam
Evercam supports three integration options for embedding OpenSpace 360 walks directly into your project dashboard. These options offer different levels of visibility and access control. Below is a breakdown of the available methods, followed by step-by-step setup instructions for each.
Quick Overview of Integration Options
Option | Access Level | OpenSpace Login Required? | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
1. Shared Folder | Selected walks | No | Sharing only specific 360 walks |
2. Public Project Link | All walks | No | Full access to the project for all viewers |
3. Private Project Link | All walks | Yes | Controlled access with OpenSpace logins only |
Read below for detailed instructions on how to set up each method.
1. Shared Folder (Selected Walks β Public Access) π
This option allows you to share only specific 360 walks within an Evercam project by manually adding them to a Shared Folder within OpenSpace.

Steps
Within OpenSpace, you need to create a shared folder like the one shown below.
You can find it in the βShared Foldersβ area at the left-side navigation panel in OpenSpace.
You must have Site Administrator or Organization Administrator user permission level to do this.

Add the captures you would like to view within Evercam.

After which, click on Members (icon of a personβs head with a hard hat at the lower left side of the navigation panel) to view the Sharing settings.
Add 3d@evercam.io as a Site Admin, and then toggle ON the βPublic share link is Enabledβ.
By making the shared folder public, the link will be accessible on any browser and can be viewed by anyone.

Copy the Shared Folder link and email the link to support@evercam.io with the project name and request to embed the OpenSpace iframe using this shared folder link.
We'll take care of the rest and notify you once the integration has been set up.
It may take 1-3 days to complete the request.
