We want our platform to be a single source of truth where you can find all your important project files.

❔ How to Access

  1. If you would like to access all your project’s media files, click on the Media Hub tab on the left navigation bar.

  1. You can download media directly from the Media Hub. Click on the media you would like to download, and the download button will appear on the lower right side of the screen. 🔽

  1. You can filter your search by camera, by file type, by who created the file, by date, and also sort the media files alphabetically from A-Z or Z-A.

  1. You can also upload a file or media through a URL that you would like to keep in your project library. ⬆️

All file formats will be recognised upon uploading, but they will not necessarily be viewable within the platform. Video (mp4), image files (jpg and png), CSV and PDFs will be viewable.

Media File sharing (to social media and communication platforms) as seen below can be enabled by request by your Company Admin.

Note: The media file must be made public to enable the Share button.
