Live View & Recordings Widget

Steps

  1. Go to Widgets on the Main Navigation at the left side panel.

  2. Click on ‘Create Widget

  3. Select ‘Live View’ or ‘Recordings’ widget type under ‘Camera Widgets’.

  4. Adjust relevant Settings.

  5. Configure Access Control Settings.

  6. Click ‘Create Widget’.

  7. Copy the Embed/ iFrame/ URL code.

By enabling the “Public Widget” button, you make the widget accessible on any website. Alongside the Embed Code, you will see a link that you can copy, embed and open directly on your browser.

The Live View widget will always display images (i.e. jpeg), and not live video streams.

Recordings can be delayed by a custom number of minutes/ hours/ days by enabling the Restrict recent images feature. This feature can be found under the Recordings widget.

There is an option to use iFrame instead, which is a simplified code you can use if your website does not allow use of JavaScript.

IF you use iFrame, you cannot set the width and the height of the widget in the dialog.
