Ordering & Customising an Internal Training Video 🛃

  1. Order a video for internal training purposes via your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.

  2. Provide your video requests during the Project Kick-off or a scheduled meeting.

  3. Please fill out this form Time Lapse Request Form. Include any Custom Requests:

    • Add transitions

    • Custom text design according to the client's brand guidelines

    • Remove time-stamp

    • Blur / Zoom in

    • Hide privacy shields

    • Custom text requirements

    • 3rd party images, Drone footage, photos, etc.

  4. Email video@evercam.io and/or your Customer Success Manager for questions/concerns about your video.
