1. Access the Support Portal
Within the Evercam dashboard, access the Support Portal through the Help button OR by visiting: https://support.evercam.io/portal/
2. Start a New Ticket
Once you’re in the Support Portal, look for the red “Add Ticket” button in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Fill Out Ticket Details
Secondary Contacts
If you’d like to include others in the ticket, add them as secondary contacts. Type their email addresses, press Enter, or add a comma if you’re adding more than one contact.
Subject
Keep this field descriptive. A clear subject helps us understand the issue at a glance.
Description
Describe the issue or request in detail. You can also attach relevant files, videos, or screenshots to help us understand your request better.
Screenshots and videos or GIFs are very useful. 😁

4. Submit the Ticket
Once you’ve filled out all the necessary information, scroll down and hit the Submit button at the bottom of the page. This sends your ticket to our Technical Support team.
You’ll be able to view the status of your ticket and any updates from our team on the portal.

✅ System Check
Run a real-time diagnostics for your System Performance, Browser Capabilities, Graphics Features, Device Info and Connectivity through the System Check.

Help Section Drop-down Menu
The System Check diagnostics page includes detailed status indicators for browser, graphics and connection checks, presenting real-time feedback.
It uses a WebGL-based Performance Benchmark with device rating and FPS (Frames per second) metrics. These benchmarks evaluate a system's ability to handle rendering tasks and process graphics-intensive workloads.
