Footage Requests Service

Our Footage Request service allows you to retrieve specific portions of high-resolution video data from the Evercam platform.

Evercam provides a service allowing you to retrieve specific portions of high-resolution video recordings from your projects, on request, enabling you to retrieve only the segments you need.

To use this service, please contact your Customer Success Manager specifying the start and end date/time(s) in the following format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS. You will receive a URL you can use to retrieve your high-resolution video footage within 48 hours from the time of your request.

Note: Please note our Fair Usage Policy applies to this service. To ensure fair usage and maintain optimal performance for all users, the service is limited to one data export of 100MB or less per month per project. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges at an hourly professional services rate.
