Evercam charges and collects all applicable local taxes. If you have any questions about the sales tax or VAT on your invoice, please reach out to your account executive or contact invoices@evercam.io.
Where will my bill be issued? đŗ
Billing for services will be issued in the location where the services are provided. The Evercam Group will invoice you for your project through local subsidiaries, when applicable, as per the agreement.
Is consolidating multiple bills for my projects into a single invoice possible? đĩ
Yes, we can consolidate software charges for all your projects into a single invoice.

Can I combine my invoices for one project? âī¸
Yes. Please submit this request by emailing invoices@evercam.io.
What steps should I take if my project has been extended? đĸ
Evercam will continue to provide services, with the relevant fees accruing accordingly. Unless otherwise agreed, these accrued fees will be billed monthly.

The payment schedule is outlined in the approved sales quote.
Evercam will issue invoices according to this agreed schedule, with 30-day NET terms.
