FAQs & Troubleshooting
A. Initial Setup & Admin Configuration
Start here to understand who sets up the integration and how to configure it at the company level.
Who needs to set up the Evercam app in the Procore Marketplace?
A Procore company admin. It only needs to be configured once for your company.
Should I choose Global or Company Level configuration?
Global Projects Configuration adds Evercam to all your Procore projects. Company Level Configuration lets you choose which projects to add Evercam to.
The Evercam app isn’t showing in my Procore project.
Check a configuration was created in App Management. If it’s a Company Level configuration, make sure that project was included.
B. Individual User Connections & Access
Once the app is configured for the company, individual users need to connect their accounts.
Does everyone on my team need to connect Procore?
Yes. The Procore connection is per user, so each person connects their own Procore login once in Settings > Connectors. It then works across all their Evercam projects.
I’ve connected Procore but no projects show in the dropdown. What does that mean?
Evercam can only show the Procore projects your login has access to. To fix this:
Make sure you’re added to the project’s Directory in Procore.
Check you have Standard or Admin access to the Photos tool.
Confirm you signed in with the correct Procore account and company.
Go to Settings > Connectors, disconnect Procore and connect again.
If none of this works, reach out to your internal Procore administrator to make sure the connection was approved on Procore's side.
C. Media Storage & Sending Features
General questions about where content goes and what types of media are supported.
Where do my images go in Procore?
Into the project’s Photos tool, inside the album you selected.
Can I send older images, not just live ones?
Yes. Use the Mark-up Tool on any moment from Recordings and send it to Procore.
Can I send videos or time-lapses to Procore?
Currently, only images can be sent to Procore.
D. Progress Photos Setup & Specific Tools
Detailed setup questions for ongoing workflows like automated Progress Photos or Observations.
What do I need before setting up a Progress Photo to Procore?
You need to connect Procore in Settings > Connectors first, and have an album created in the project’s Photos tool in Procore.
I can see my project but there are no albums.
Create an album in the project’s Photos tool in Procore, then refresh Evercam.
I can’t send Observations to Procore.
You need Standard or Admin access to the Observations tool in Procore. Mandatory fields are set in Procore, so these must be filled in before sending.
E. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Integration Issues
Handling expired connections or broken automation triggers.
My Procore project or album isn’t showing when I set up a Progress Photo.
Follow the same steps as above for projects not showing in the dropdown. If the project shows but the album doesn’t, create one in Procore and refresh Evercam.
Procore was working but now asks me to log in again.
Your Procore connection has expired. Reconnect when prompted, or go to Settings > Connectors to disconnect and connect again.
My scheduled Progress Photos have stopped arriving in Procore.
The Procore connection of the person who set up the Progress Photo may have expired. Reconnect in Settings > Connectors, then check the Progress Photo is still set to the correct project and album. If you check this and they still are not working, please submit a ticket with your CS or support at support@evercam.io
