What are the benefits of integrating our BIM Model? 🏣

We update our BIM model frequently. How is it possible to get it updated on BIM? ⬆️

• If you have the BIM Model in Bentley iModel® Hub, you just have to grant us (3d@evercam.io) read-only access, then the update will be automatic.

• You can upload it directly from the Dashboard through the Upload BIM button.

• If not, you can send us an updated BIM Model through Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or whichever platform is accessible. We'll update it on our side, and then process it on our Bentley iModel® Hub (this takes 0.5 to 3 days depending on the model size).

Can you integrate it with my 3D model if I don't have a 4D Model? ⌚

Yes, we can integrate both 3D and 4D on BIM.

Can we view more than one model? 2️⃣

Yes, we support multiple iModels and you can choose which model you would like to view.

What are the system requirements to run BIM on my laptop? 💻

BIM is a cloud-based, SaaS solution that is accessed via a standard web browser from any device with internet connectivity – no additional client software is required.

What is the construction software that you can integrate with? 📁

We can integrate with Revit, Navisworks, and Synchro.

If I'm not using Synchro, how can my model be imported into the iModel Hub? 📩

We can use an iTwin connector to import data into our iModel Hub.

What file formats are supported by the iTwin connector? 🗃️

How long does it take to process our BIM Model before we can view the BIM Alignments and Model on BIM View?

Please give us 5-7 working days to process the alignments. But this is subject to the model size and complexity of the project as well as number of camera alignments.

How often can we have the BIM realigned due to camera re-positioning? 📹

One BIM alignment per month is part of the software fee.

What is the difference between iTwin and Forge BIM view?
