Drawings
The Drawings module allows you to upload, geolocate, and overlay site plans directly onto a 2D satellite map. Once placed, these drawings provide essential context for 360° camera walks on both the dashboard and the Capture App.
Technical Requirements
Before uploading, ensure your files meet the following specifications:
Supported Formats: JPG, BMP, PNG, and PDF.
PDF Limit: Maximum file size of 15 MB.
JPG Limit: Maximum dimensions of 4000 px.
Naming: Drawing names can be up to 60 characters.
Upload & Geolocation
Follow these steps to bring your site plan into the system:
Open Module: Select Drawings from the left-hand menu.
Start Upload: Click Create Drawing or the Add Drawing icon.


Set Location: Enter coordinates or the site address into the Location field.

Tip: Ensure "2D satellite Map Style" is selected to verify the address.
Add File: Drag and drop your file into the window or click to browse your computer.

Precise Alignment Tools
After the file appears over the map, use these controls to align it accurately:
Action | Control Method |
Move | Click and drag with the left mouse button. |
Resize / Rotate | Click and drag any of the four handles on the drawing corners. |
Verify Layout | Toggle Transparency On/Off to see the satellite map beneath the drawing. |

Saving & Managing
Save: Once aligned, click Save Drawing. You will be prompted to enter a Plan Name.


Access: Your plans are stored in the Drawings Gallery and are instantly available on the Capture App for field walks.

Updates: To update a plan, click the Edit (pencil) icon on the drawing thumbnail to upload a new version.
Important Note: If you update or change a drawing, any existing mini-map paths created with the previous plan will not automatically move or adjust to the new layout.
