Crane Install

The Crane Install configuration is a high-altitude surveillance setup designed to provide an expansive, "bird's-eye" view of a construction project by utilizing the existing crane infrastructure as a mounting platform. This installation is critical for monitoring large-scale site logistics and overall project progress from a superior vantage point.

Configuration & Mounting Mechanics

  • Direct Structural Attachment: The camera is typically secured to the crane's horizontal jib or vertical tower sections using heavy-duty, industrial-strength stainless steel banding and clamps.

  • Vibration Resistance: The mounting hardware is engineered to maintain stability despite the mechanical movements and vibrations inherent in active crane operations.

  • Strategic Positioning: By mounting on the crane, the 4k+ Fixed-position camera achieves an unobstructed panoramic view that is often impossible to reach with ground-based masts.
