Capture App Permissions denied by User Email
The issue is caused by the gallery/photos permission being previously rejected.
To resolve it, the permission needs to be manually re-enabled:
For iOS:
Go to Settings → Apps → Evercam Capture → Enable Photos Permission (See screenshot below)
iOS doesn’t allow the app to prompt for this permission again once it has been denied, so it must be switched on manually.
For Android:
The app can usually request permission two to three times. After that, the Operating System stops prompting, and it must be enabled manually in the device settings.
Once the permission is granted, you should be able to upload the plans successfully.
