Cabin Install

The Cabin Install configuration is an indoor-to-outdoor hybrid installation designed for construction sites that utilize portable site cabins or trailers as a base of operations. This setup provides a secure environment for the system's core processing and storage while maintaining high-visibility monitoring of the active worksite.

Configuration & Space Management

  • Internal Hub: The primary Evercam Enclosure (item 2) is mounted indoors, typically against a wall inside the site cabin, as shown in the provided examples.

  • Climate-Controlled Security: Housing the Raspberry Pi 5 and 8TB SkyHawk HDD inside the cabin protects these sensitive electronic components from extreme outdoor temperatures, humidity, and direct site debris.

  • External Optics: The 4k+ Fixed-position camera is mounted on the cabin's exterior structural frame or roofline to provide a strategic vantage point overlooking the project area.
