BIM Viewer Troubleshooting

Graphics Configuration 

Issue 

  • If the BIM Viewer is not loading correctly, appears blank, or experiences performance issues, this may be related to the browser's graphics settings. 


Recommended Solution 

  • Configure Google Chrome to use the High Performance GPU. 


Steps 

  1. Open Windows Settings.  

  2. Navigate to:​ System → Display → Graphics  

  3. Find or add Google Chrome.  

  4. Set the GPU preference to High Performance.  

  5. Restart Google Chrome.  

  6. Reload the Evercam Dashboard.  

Using a High Performance GPU can improve BIM loading and rendering performance, especially for large BIM models.
