Data Privacy & Model Training Safeguards ❗

Your privacy and project data security are top priorities.

  • No Data Training on External Models: For all third-party AI services used (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, and other external vendors), Evercam explicitly disables the use of customer data, images, video feeds, and prompts for AI model training.

  • Data Ownership: Your media, site recordings, and query inputs remain strictly confidential to your organization and are processed solely to deliver Evercam's AI features to you.

1. Object Detection & Recognition

  • What it does: Automatically detects, classifies, and tracks vehicles, machinery, safety equipment, and personnel across your project sites.

  • How it works: Powered primarily by Evercam’s proprietary computer vision models, which are specifically trained on construction environments and real-world site conditions to ensure high precision and low latency.

2. Smart Search

  • What it does: Allows users to search through historical camera footage and image archives using natural language queries.

  • How it works: Uses a combination of custom indexing models and third-party multimodal AI platforms to map natural language descriptions directly to relevant image frames and timeframes.

3. AI Chat

  • What it does: Serves as an interactive site assistant, allowing you to ask questions about site activity, generate summaries, or inquire about specific camera feeds in plain conversational language.

  • How it works: Leverages advanced Large Language Models (LLMs)—including models from OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude—to process complex conversational prompts and contextualise information accurately.

4. Observations & Automated Insights

  • What it does: Automatically logs notable site events, flags potential anomalies or delays, and generates periodic site reporting.

  • How it works: Integrates our proprietary computer vision detection triggers with advanced LLMs to convert raw visual data into clear, actionable written summaries and logs.
