360 Gallery

The 360 Gallery uses a “Space-first” interface that allows you to visualise project coverage, compare progress across dates, and find exactly what you need without clicking through dozens of images.

1. The 360 Gallery Home Page

Choose Drawings or Walks at the top of the Gallery. Drawings is the default view and helps you understand coverage by floor plan; Walks shows individual captures across the project.

  • The Drawings view prioritises drawings by their most recent walk and shows the latest available walk(s) for each drawing by default.

  • The Walks view shows individual captures across the project, regardless of drawing.

  • Path Visualisation: Each card shows the route, thumbnail, capture date and available features such as comments, BIM and Mini Model.

  • Multi-Date Visual Maps: Use the timeline at the top to filter both Drawings and Walks. Dates outside the available capture range are hatched; select Clear to return to the complete date range.

    • Adjust the timeline to focus on the period you want to review.

    • Drawings without a walk during the selected period remain available and are labelled “Not walked in this period.”

      • Pro Tip: Use the timeline to compare coverage across the dates that matter to your review.

  • Additional filters at the top will help you search for walks with BIM or Minimodels enabled.

  • You can also upload walks from the Gallery page.

2. The Interactive Plan View (The "Pre-Walk" Screen)

From Drawings, select a card to open its details page. Walks are grouped by month and can be searched, shown or hidden, and renamed.

  • The Timeline Bar: Use the timeline to focus the walk list and routes on the period you want to review.

  • Right Panel: Search for a walk, then use its controls to show or hide it, rename it, or select Walk to open it in the 360 Viewer.

  • The Preview Window: Hover over a route to highlight both the path and its corresponding walk card.

  • Start & End Marker: The start and end of the walk are marked by 2 distinct icons (footsteps and an X).

    How to enter the 360 Walk: Select Walk on the required capture to open it directly in the 360 Viewer.

3. Navigation Within the 360 Walk

Once you are inside the 360 environment, navigating through time is now more intuitive.
